The Monday Clinic is a student-run free clinic operated by UT Southwestern in partnership with North Dallas Shared Ministries. It provides general medical care to uninsured individuals in the community, especially those in nearby North Dallas ZIP codes. The clinic is staffed by medical students supervised by licensed providers, offering a learning environment while serving underserved populations.

Vision

Pre-screening: Tuesday-Friday: 1:00pm-4:00pm

Optometrist: 2nd Friday of each month: 8:00am

Glasses Pick Up: When notified by call or text

Guideline: 

-Must live in Dallas County or in primary service area

-Must be 10 years or older

-The application for screenings is closed until January 6th, 2026

Medical

Services Provided

The clinic offers comprehensive primary care, including management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, routine check-ups, and treatment of acute illnesses like infections. They also perform basic lab tests, point-of-care diagnostics, and pharmacy support to help patients obtain medications. The Monday Clinic also connects patients with support services through North Dallas Shared Ministries, such as behavioral health referrals, ESL classes, job counseling, food assistance, vision, and dental care.

English as Second Languages Classes

Rent and Utilities

​Showing Verifiable Income:

-Employment of at least 3 weeks and received 2 paychecks

-Social Security-SSI, SSDI, SS retirement

-Must have verifiable income

-Must have lived in residence and fully paid 3 calendar months

-Need must be due to an unforeseen event, unexpected expense or emergency, excluding pregnancy
